What is CJC-1295 No DAC?

Also known as Modified GRF (1-29), this peptide is the first 29 amino acids of GHRH with four amino-acid substitutions that improve stability against enzymatic breakdown. Without the DAC moiety it has a short half-life of around 30 minutes.

Mechanism of Action

It binds GHRH receptors to trigger a physiological pulse of growth hormone. Because the effect is brief, it is commonly studied alongside a GH secretagogue such as ipamorelin to amplify natural GH pulses.

Research Applications

CJC-1295 No DAC is used in research into pulsatile GH release, GHRH/ghrelin-receptor synergy, recovery and body composition.

Storage & Handling

Supplied as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder for maximum stability. Store unopened vials at -20°C, protected from light. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, keep refrigerated at 2–8°C and use within the timeframe appropriate to your study protocol.
