• Payment data — the cryptocurrency network you use, deposit and withdrawal addresses and transaction hashes. We never ask for or store private keys or seed phrases.
• Wallet records — an audit trail of deposits, escrow holds, releases, refunds and withdrawals.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and device information, and security logs.

How we use it

• To process orders, hold and release escrow, and handle claims and refunds.
• To send the shipping details for your order to the brand that fulfils it.
• To prevent fraud and keep accounts secure.
• To answer your support requests and send transactional emails.

Sharing

We share only what is needed to fulfil your order: your shipping name and address go to the brand shipping it. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data where required by law.

Retention

Order and wallet records are kept for as long as needed to operate escrow, resolve disputes and meet legal and accounting obligations. You may ask us to delete your account; financial records we are required to keep will be retained.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for your cart, login session and to remember that you confirmed you are 21+. We do not use advertising cookies.
