How escrow works

You never pay a brand directly. Your money sits with us in escrow until your order is in your hands.

1. Awaiting payment — you place an order and pay by crypto (or an alternative rail) into our escrow wallet.
2. Funds held — we confirm your payment. Your money is now held safely in escrow.
3. Ordered from brand — we place and pay the order with the brand on your behalf.
4. Shipped — the brand ships directly to you; we add your tracking number.
5. Delivered — your parcel arrives.
6. Released — only now do we release payment to the brand. If something goes wrong before delivery, you’re covered.

A visible escrow & service fee is added at checkout — that’s our margin for sourcing, escrow protection and support. Not medical advice; for research use only.
