What is Cagrilintide + Semaglutide?

This combination pairs two complementary long-acting peptides: cagrilintide, a lipidated amylin analogue, and semaglutide, a GLP-1 receptor agonist. The pairing—often referred to as CagriSema—is one of the most closely watched combinations in incretin and amylin research.

Mechanism of Action
